Our Curiculum is structured around learning outcomes and flow to maximise our students ability to learn, practice and remember. We follow the GB Method of teaching, a rotating weekly structure to ensure our students learn the foundation techniques and then use it to build a solid self defence and sport Jiu Jitsu game. This approach to class scheduling and teaching gives us the opportunity to address the whole person and their development as not only a martial artist but a good all around member of the society we live in.

The schedule is dynamic and may be improved every season to better suit our students.
