Information for Current Members Please remember as a part of our program, we require all members enrolled in our kids programs to book their classes. Classes can be booked weeks ahead of time or just before the class starts. If a class has already started, class bookings will not be possible. For a child to truly benefit from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training twice a week is essential. Attending only once a week makes it difficult for them to retain techniques, leading to slower progress and frustration. Jiu-Jitsu relies on muscle memory, and without consistent repetition, children struggle to build confidence and improve. Twice-weekly training helps them stay engaged, develop coordination, and build discipline while preventing setbacks from long gaps between classes.
